TAVIUM
Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC
TAVIUM® Herbicide by Syngenta Crop Protection, LLC (EPA Reg. No. 100-1623) is a powerful, pre- and post-emergence residual herbicide designed for effective weed management in a variety of crops, including soybeans and cotton. TAVIUM contains a combination of S-metolachlor and dicamba, offering two active modes of action for broad-spectrum control. Key Weeds Controlled: - Palmer amaranth (pigweed) - Waterhemp - Giant ragweed - Common lambsquarters - Kochia - Foxtails and other annual grasses Application Timing: TAVIUM is best applied: - Pre-emergence: After planting but before weeds emerge. - Early Post-emergence: When weeds are small (generally up to 4 inches tall) and before crop canopy closure. This timing maximizes residual activity and reduces weed competition, helping protect yield potential and manage resistant weed populations. Always read and follow label instructions.
