RAPTOR® Herbicide (BASF Corporation, EPA Reg. No. 241-379): RAPTOR® Herbicide is a selective postemergence herbicide formulated by BASF Corporation to control a broad spectrum of troublesome weeds in key crops such as alfalfa, dry beans, soybeans, and certain other legume crops. It is especially effective against key grassy and broadleaf weeds including foxtail species, velvetleaf, pigweed, lambsquarters, smartweed, and wild mustard. Key Pests Controlled: - Green foxtail - Yellow foxtail - Velvetleaf - Pigweed (redroot, smooth, Palmer amaranth) - Common lambsquarters - Wild mustard - Smartweed Application Timing: Apply RAPTOR® postemergence when target weeds are actively growing and within specified size limits as indicated by the label. For optimal results, treatment should be made early in the weed’s life cycle (generally from the cotyledon to the 4-leaf stage).
