MEPSTAR® 6X

Albaugh, LLC

MEPSTAR® 6X is a foliar-applied plant growth regulator designed to manage cotton plants for short-season production. It is functionally equivalent to PIX® Concentrate by BASF Corporation. By modulating plant growth, MEPSTAR® 6X helps reduce the risk of yield and quality loss due to delayed or prolonged harvests. Key benefits include: Increased early boll retention and/or larger bolls - Reduced plant height, leading to a more open canopy and less boll rot - Improved defoliation and reduced trash - Enhanced harvest efficiency - Darker leaf color, indicating better plant health Application Guidelines: Early Season Applications: Initial Application, apply at the matchhead square stage. Subsequent applications only under favorable conditions, make additional treatments at 7- to 14-day intervals. Do not exceed a total of 8.4 fl oz/acre per growing season. Late Season Applications: Apply during the fourth to sixth week of blooming, especially if regrowth is observed or if the plant has not adequately cut out. Ensure fields are not under drought or nutrient stress before application. Always follow lable instructions.
